Terms & Conditions for Progeny:
1.Individuals can join Anubhuthi AI as Progeny through:
Paid progeny membership: By paying an annual subscription fee of ₹2,999 + 18% GST (₹3,538.82 total)
Free Progeny Membership: By actively participating in social media promotional events.
2. All Progeny members must complete the required registration process, provide accurate personal details, and agree to the policies outlined by Anubhuthi AI.
3. Progeny membership is non-transferable and is valid for one year. Renewal is based on continued eligibility and engagement.
Progeny (Member) Responsibilities:
1.All members must abide by Anubhuthi AI’s ethical standards, Ten commandments and community guidelines.
2.Members must participate in evaluation procedures, including the Lalaadam Practice and Skill & IQ Test, to be assigned suitable programs and benefits.
3. Program participation is strictly based on skill assessment scores and qualification levels.
4.Benefits will only be provided if the member actively engages in the process and meets the necessary requirements.
Program Participation:
1.Members must follow Anubhuthi AI’s structured guidelines for program selection and implementation.
2.Access to the 9 programs(NAVAMSA) and 27 benefits is not automatic but depends on the member’s qualifications, evaluation scores, and personal progress.
3.Members may need to pay additional fees for specific training or certification-based programs.
Refund Policy:
1.The membership fee paid is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.Refunds will not be provided for:
Voluntary cancellation of membership.
Free Progeny Membership: By actively participating in social media promotional events.
Any dissatisfaction arising after membership activation.
3. Members are solely responsible for submitting correct and complete personal details and required documents. Incomplete or incorrect applications will not be eligible for a refund.
3.Privacy Policy:
1.All personal data collected during registration and program participation will be securely stored and protected.
2.Anubhuthi AI will never share or sell members’ personal data to third parties without consent.
3.Data may be used internally for:
Member evaluation and assignment to relevant programs.
Communication about upcoming events, training, and opportunities.
Performance analysis and research to improve services.
4. Members must ensure they maintain the confidentiality of their membership credentials and program-related information.
4. valuation & Skill-Based Program Assignment:
1. All members must undergo:
Lalaadam Practice: A physical and mental endurance evaluation.
Skill & IQ Test: An assessment to determine eligibility for programs.
2.Only members who achieve qualifying scores will be assigned specific programs.
3. Members who do not meet the required scores may need to undergo additional training or make further payments to participate in advanced programs.
4.Participation in any benefit or training program is conditional on a member’s full cooperation and willingness to comply with Anuboothi AI’s evaluation process.
